Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Transfer from Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha Hotel

On arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, after going through immigration and customs you will meet our Driver outside at the arrivals, and you will be transferred to your hotel in Arusha.
Free time to discover the city at your own.
Overnight at Arusha Serena Hotel

DRIVE TIME: Drive from Kilimanjaro Airport to Arusha is about 1hr 30mins

Day 2: Tarangire Park – Mto wa Mbu (B/L/D)

After breakfast, you check out and Depart for Tarangire Park for a Half Day Game Drive with a picnic lunch.
Evening drive to Mto wa Mbu for Dinner and Overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge

DRIVE TIME: Drive from Arusha to Tarangire is about 2hrs 30mins, Drive from Tarangire to Mto wa Mbu is about 2hrs.

Day 3: Central Serengeti Tour (B/L/D)

After breakfast, you check out and depart for Central Serengeti for a Half Day Game Drive with a picnic lunch
Proceed for Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge

DRIVE TIME: Drive time from Karatu to South Serengeti is about 2hrs 30 mins

Day 4: Central Serengeti Tour (B/L/D)

After breakfast, you check out and depart for Central Serengeti for a Half Day Game Drive with a picnic lunch
Proceed for Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge

DRIVE TIME: Drive time from Karatu to South Serengeti is about 2hrs 30 mins

Day 5: Ngorongoro Tour (B/L/D)

After breakfast, you check out and depart for Ngorongoro for a Half Day Crater tour with a picnic lunch.
Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge

DRIVE TIME: Drive from Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro is about 3hrs.

Day 6:Departure – Transfer (B)

After breakfast, you check out and depart for Arusha then drop off Kilimanjaro Airport for your flight back home.

DRIVE TIME: Drive from Ngorongoro to Arusha is about 3hrs, drive from Arusha to Kilimanjaro Airport is about 1hr and 30mins.

Dates cannot be changed or amend
50% Payment Non-refundable & 50% Payment 21 Days Before the departure.
Standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs and check-out time is 1200 Hrs Local Time. It may vary based on destinations and availability.
Bookings will be confirmed as per the payment policy.
From the time of confirmation to 60 Days – 75% shall be refunded
59 Days to 30 Days – 50% shall be refunded
29 Days to 0 Days – 100% Cancellation Charge shall apply
The itinerary is just indicative and might change due to unforeseen situations.
The availability of adjoining rooms/ interconnecting rooms/non-smoking rooms/rooms on the same floor etc. cannot be guaranteed.
Room type (double or twin) is subject to availability and is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement will be offered to the customer in a hotel of a similar category.
Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
Passengers are solely responsible for meeting the passport & visa conditions of the country of travel.
There are no refunds for any services i.e., meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour package.
We do not accept any responsibility if the passenger cannot travel because of any passport or visa issue; a cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms.
