Visa Requirements

Visa Exemptions: Nationals of the Philippines for a maximum stay of 30 days.
Visa Exemptions: Nationals of India with a normal passport for a maximum stay of 14 days.

VISA ISSUANCE:

E-visas can be obtained before departure at http://mfa.gov.kz/en/visa/. Passengers must have a printed e-visa confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Once confirmed, booking fees of AED 1500 will be Non-refundable.
Prior to 60 days to 45 days: 50% of the holiday amount is nonrefundable
44 and 30 days of departure: 75% of the holiday cost
Less than 29 days prior to departure 100% of the total amount will be deducted.

The third person sharing the room is provided with an additional mattress or a roll away.
There will not be any refund for any unutilized service or sightseeing.
In case of unavailability of the hotels mentioned, alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category of hotel.
You are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining the documents required for your trip and visa.
Fix Departure date, no amendment and changes possible.
